Lanhao Power Plant's silo pump canvas fluidizing disc, with its ingenious design, achieves perfect integration of material and air, presenting it in a gasified state with excellent fluidity, thereby significantly enhancing conveying efficiency. When applied to the homogenization silo of cement raw meal, it ensures an extremely uniform mixture. The permeable layer, also known as permeable cloth, has a wide and diverse range of applications. In cement plants' airslides and homogenization silo aeration boxes, it facilitates efficient pneumatic conveying; it also plays a key role in transportation vehicles such as bulk cement trucks and bulk cement ships. In places like power plants and aluminum plants, it is an indispensable part of ultra-dense phase pneumatic conveying.
The permeable layer and permeable cloth produced by our Lanhao Environmental Protection Plant exhibit outstanding performance. Their temperature resistance can reach 180°C instantaneously and remain stable at around 160°C under constant temperature conditions. We use high-quality heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant chemical synthetic fibers, woven by specialized equipment according to strict technical requirements. The technical performance and product quality of these permeable cloths have reached the leading level of international similar products.
When it comes to product features, the first things that come to mind are its clear texture, flat surface, stable dimensions, and excellent anti-deformation capability. Secondly, it has excellent permeability with uniform and stable airflow. Furthermore, it is heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has very low moisture absorption. Lastly, it has a long service life, low energy consumption, and minimal maintenance, providing great convenience to users.
In terms of design, we are particularly ingenious. By welding the bottom plate to the center of the fluidizing disc's base, the air blown out from the air pipe cleverly passes through the permeable holes on the side wall of the fluidizing disc, avoiding damage to the center and thus extending its service life. At the same time, we use clamps and fastening bolts to securely fix the canvas to the inner wall of the fluidizing disc, making installation and disassembly extremely simple. Additionally, we have created an annular groove on the ring and installed a sealing ring inside it, further enhancing the sealing between the fluidizing disc and the silo pump's inner wall.
In terms of customized services, we also spare no effort. Based on the design length L, we can determine the number of end cover plates and the arrangement combination of the silo bottom chute; at the same time, we can also provide various types of fluidizing chutes, fluidizing boxes (including circular ones), and other devices according to users' specific requirements. The porous plate, a high-strength fluidizing plate we developed specifically for the characteristics of power plant dry ash silos, has won widespread praise from users for its unique performance.
Fluidizing devices and fluidizing chutes, as auxiliary components for intermediate silos, hoppers, flat-bottom silos, cone-bottom silos, and other equipment, are usually installed at the bottom of material storage silos or on the sides of hoppers. During discharge, by connecting heated compressed air, the powdered or granular material is presented in a gasified state, thereby improving its fluidity and ensuring a smooth and unobstructed discharge process. The chute body adopts a one-time molding compression process, with the box and connections ensuring sealing, and the appearance is aesthetically pleasing. Before assembly, we also perform shaping adjustments to eliminate all welding deformations and internal stresses, ensuring the smoothness and straightness of the bottom surface and flange connection surfaces.
